About Maru
Maru Hibachi is a Japanese food truck COMING SOON to Henryetta, Oklahoma, serving hibachi and sushi from the same truck.
Every hibachi plate is cooked to order on the flat-top, with fire and flips from the chef, and comes with fried rice, vegetables and special sauce. The truck also rolls a variety of sushi, from basic rolls to deep-fried and special rolls. Big plates at a fair price, for the lunch crowd and for families.
